Rubber flooring / sheets: impact- and slip-resistant with noise reduction — good around escalators, family rooms and recreation zones. Carpet tiles: sound-absorbing and warm — good for lounges, VIP rooms and cafés; individual tiles replace easily with flexible patterns.
Heavy traffic means high wear and soiling. Vacuum entrances daily and dry them quickly after rain; clean atriums and main walkways daily with weekly damp mopping, plus periodic deep care and polishing; flush and disinfect restrooms daily and keep drains clear. Before peak seasons or major events, do a full care pass to slow the wear that holidays and promotions accumulate.
A commercial complex does not need premium material everywhere — match material to zone. Put wear- and stain-resistant materials on the busiest entrances and main walkways, comfortable and attractive materials in secondary and experience zones, and spend where wear concentrates most. Keep spare material from the same batch for later local replacement and to avoid color mismatch.
